It depends what you like. Personally, I wouldn't eat McDonalds, Wendy, Burger King or other chain junk food if you paid me.
However, there are some local independent burger joints here, that make an excellent tasty fresh ground burger, with whatever additions you like, along with real fries made from real freshly cut potatoes.
So, to answer your question, I'd say no the the average chain, and yes to a small family run local burger outlet.
